Frequently asked questions

Know where things stand.

Answers about Vaystron’s product plan, eligibility and the difference between intended access and current availability.

Is Vaystron a registered company?

Vaystron is the selected working brand. Vaystron Group (Pty) Ltd is a proposed name; CIPC approval and incorporation have not been confirmed. Vaystron is not presented here as a licensed broker or investment adviser.

Can I sign up and use the trading system now?

No. The Vaystron trading system and customer access are not currently open. Product releases will follow compatibility, security, legal and market-availability checks.

Which trading platform is planned?

The product plan is for a compiled, account-bound system for MetaTrader 5. Supported terminal versions, broker servers and account types will be published after testing.

How is the software access model intended to work?

There are two intended routes: no separate system charge for a verified qualifying broker-partner account, and a full-price direct software licence for customers using independent brokers. Neither route is currently active; pricing and signed partner terms are outstanding.

Which brokers are Vaystron partners?

No broker has a signed Vaystron partner agreement at this time. Firms shown on the Partners page are candidates under consideration, not partners, endorsements or available referral links.

Will Vaystron be available worldwide?

International service is an objective, not blanket permission to operate everywhere. Availability will be determined by each customer’s country, the contracting broker entity, product rules and local legal review. The selector will fail closed until a market is verified.

Will I need to trade to keep access?

No trading activity requirement is intended. If partner eligibility is later shown to have failed, the planned process is notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Vaystron will not claim to monitor activity at unrelated brokers.

Does Vaystron guarantee profits or trading results?

No. Trading involves risk, including the possibility of losing all the capital at risk. Software does not guarantee profits and no performance history is published because none has been independently verified.

Will Vaystron ask for my broker password?

No. Do not send broker passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes or remote-access credentials to Vaystron. Any future account verification must use an approved, documented method and request only what is needed.

How will broker relationships be disclosed?

Only signed, approved relationships will be listed. Where compensation could affect a recommendation or link, the relationship and material terms must be clearly disclosed before a customer acts.

Can I pay for a direct licence today?

No. The price, billing provider and customer terms are not finalized and checkout is disabled. A charge should be made only through a published Vaystron payment page after these items are confirmed.

How do I contact Vaystron?

For general product enquiries, write to support@vaystron.com. For legal matters, use legal@vaystron.com. Partner-relationship enquiries can go to partners@vaystron.com.
